One trip to this dr was one too many. As others state, wait times in reception room AND in the exam room are ridiculously long. Dr never looked at me upon entering room & mispronounced my very common English name 3 times & 3 times I corrected her. She wanted to run bloodwk when I had just had that done less than 2mon prior which she had access to. Reception & nurses cannot read cursive writing - & admit to this. Reception attempted to charge me full fee of $400+, I stated my copay is $40 & proceeded to write a check & I asked if she had a stamp to stamp the check. She had no idea what I was referring to, I asked who do I make the check out to & she responded NS Hospital? as if she was asking me. I finally asked her what is the full name of the practice in order to complete the check. She proceeded to run the check - incorrectly. Nearly 2 months later now, I receive a bill for $40 due to her incompetence.

Dr. Armstrong does not show any respect for her patients’ time! Been to her twice and will never go back. Each visit, I was taken back very quickly. As soon as I got into a room, that’s when the wait began. Both visits, I waited over an hour in a room to be seen with no one coming in to check on me or give me an update as to why no one was coming. I was across the hall from the “lunch room” and could hear the dr tell the nurse (that I grabbed as she was rushing by my room) that she wasn’t finished with her lunch yet and she’d see me when she was done?!? When she finally came in, she spent a total of 7 minutes with me (on both visits). When I told her my concerns, she brushed them off and just gave me a bunch of prescriptions. So unprofessional! I do not recommend her or her office.

Dr A is a very caring doctor. Although her wait time is long, she truly cares about her patients and has a passion for medicine. Best doctor ever!!

Ive been a patient for more than 10 years and have recommended many friends. I let them know that they might have to wait she spends the time needed with each and every patient . She's dedicated to her work. Always pleasant and caring. I e followed her several locations i now drive 40 miles once a month. Love my DOCTOR

Long wait time, you have to pay before you see the doctor and her prices are some of the highest around. I ask the lady at the front what if I didn't like the service could I get my money back and she said they normally don't do that. She also makes you take off your clothes and put on a robe even if you have arthritis in your hands. Very strange place and stranger lady. She brings her dog into your exam room which I don't care since I am a dog person but for someone who isn't it is very off putting

great bedside manner

I have left several messages regarding my healthcare for Dr. Armstrong to return my call, or her nurse., one, concerning my medicine, the second concerning Prolia . She is great when you see her, but otherwise no follow up for my concerns.

i was very pleased with Dr A. She is very nice, her wait time is a little too much but she is worth the wait. She is definitely not a 5 min Dr. I love her. she can run a little late but she is lovable.

One hour wait time is fantastic. Two hour wait time is normal. Three hour wait time I'm livid...don't talk to me just give me my scripts.
