Dr. Bredefeld is very compassionate and highly professional. She genuinely cares about her patients. One of the best doctor In endocrinology.

I have diabetes for over 50 years. Dr. Bredefeld is positive and encouraging. She explains things to you. When I leave her office I really want to do better in diabetes management. She is the best doctor I've ever had!

I love Dr. Bredefeld! She has been my endocrinologist for the last 8 years. She’s very compassionate and cares a great deal about her patients. I always look forward to my annual visit with her.

Dr. Bredefeld is quite honestly the single best medical professional I've ever had the pleasure of coming across. She is not only extremely thorough and very technical in her approach, but she is a human. She is caring, kind and sensitive. She takes her time to really make sure her patients are comfortable and understand their blood work and any conditions they may have. In a time where doctors rush patients out of their offices after five minutes, Dr. Bredefeld takes the initiative to build relationships with each and every patients and to make them know that they are well taken care of - both medically and as humans. More doctors like her would change the healthcare system entirely. If I could recommend any medical professional in the world, it would be her!!!

I do not know how the Doctor is. I do know that when I tried to make an appointment they asked I send in my paperwork. 3 Weeks Later, 3 calls promising me that they would call me back and still not appointment. Absolutely unacceptable!

I first want to wish Dr. Bredefeld God's Blessings and continued success in her life and profession. I have only praises for Dr. Cindy Bredefeld. She is the best. I am not her patient but I feel honored to have met her. My daughter is her patient recommended her dad (my husband) to Dr. Bredefeld who is now her patient also and they both have only praises for Dr. Bredefeld for being such a great doctor and I found this out for myself when I took my 79 year old mother-in-law (my daughter's grandmother and husband's mom - sorry had to explain) to see Dr. Bredefeld. I explained to her staff that my mother-in-law was on vacation and needed an appointment asap and she was helpful to give me the apppointment. Dr. Bredefeld listened attentively to this 79 year old woman and answered all her questions and concerns about her illness (hyperthyroid). She explained her medical condition clearly and accurately which her doctor in her home country did not do. I can surely say that my mother-in-law… truly trusts Dr. Cindy Bredefeld which is not normal for her. She has always been skeptical about doctors for personal reasons, but Dr. Bredefeld spent the appropriate time with her that made her felt comfortable. She recommended treatment for her and followed up via phone calls after the visit. I must also compliment her staff who was also very helpful. I cannot thank Dr. Bredefeld enough and I am also taking this opportunity to thank her on behalf of my husband and daughter also. May the Almighty continue to shower His richest blessings upon you now and always....

I have never been happier with a doctor - and I've seen a lot of doctors. Dr. Bredefeld truly listened, asked questions about my health history, and made observations about my unique physical makeup that no other doctor has picked up on (or they did and didn't tell me, which is pointless) in my entire life. These observations could be life-saving; I will be going for testing to see if that's the case. Yes, the appointments are hard to get, but when I'm there I am never rushed, and when I call for advice I am either forwarded to someone directly or my phone message is returned promptly. I would recommend Dr. Bredefeld and Winthrop Endocrinology to anyone, and that's saying a lot.

I don't know how the other reviewer can rate her with 1 star. I find her to be very knowledgable and has a great bedside manner. She stays and answers all my questions and is never in a rush to get me out of the exam room like some doctors. The office however is very busy and appts are usually 4 months away at least!!! Her Diabetes educator is very helpful also.
