Dr. Lee is the most caring compassionate physician I have ever met. She listens and she really cares. I have been treated effectively by her for various complicated medical problems. All of my problems have been solved by her. She is the best doctor you will ever have the pleasure to work with.

Who are some of these reviewers--some folks w/a grudge??!! Dr. Cindy Lee is the BEST! I have been seeing her for more than 20 years, and have been referring her just as long. All referrals have thanked me, some w/tears, at her caring, devoted manner! It is rare to find a doc who really CARES about you. May you negative reviewers repent and end up w/a doc who will test you to penury! Dr. Lee is "mahvelous!"

I've been seeing Dr. Cindy Lee as both my family doc as well as to handle GYN matters for approximately two years now. I love the fact that she listens and that she cares! If I call into her office with a question, it's never an assistant or an office member who answers it, rather, they ensure that Dr. Lee herself calls me back as quickly as time permits. Not only is she caring and professional, but she has an incredibly friendly personality (aka "bedside manner"). Fantastic doc!

Everyone has their own expectations and standards they expect from doctors. It's human nature to either like someone or not. But, When it comes to medical care - emotions should not come into play. My experiences with Dr. Lee and her staff have consistently been low in my expectations and in what I consider basic medical standards. Dr. Lee's staff has not been very welcoming or helpful in obtaining information. Dr. Lee also has had a high staff turnover since first opening her individual practice - which I assume is due to the way they, as employees, are treated by Dr. Lee. With other practioners I have been going to for decades, I've never seen their offices under go such extreme staff turnover. When it comes to Dr. Lee's medical coverage of my health, I feel as though she was always grasping for the correct treatment and/or diagnosis. She prescribed quite a high volume of medications, without fully explaining their side effects and also why they were important to the medical… issue she was treating. At subsequent visists, she often forgot why she had prescribed a specific medication and then would switch it to a different one. I started to begin to wonder if she doles out medication based upon which pharmaceutical rep. has recently visted and left free samples for her to give out. On several occasions, Dr. Lee said she would call me back in regards to test results or to follow up on a question/concern I had. She never did follow up - nor did she pass the task onto the nurse to do. When it comes to emergency type situations, Dr. Lee is no where to be found. Once she is notified with the emgency situation, she doesn't do anything - in particular she doesn't do any follow up with the patient to see if they need any additional medical attention or to just check in general to see how they are doing. When it comes to meeting my basic expectations and standards for a doctor, Dr. Lee falls extremely short: she has absolutely no follow through - especially in emergency situations, she over prescribes medications and doesn't explain the benefit or potential side effects, her office staff is rude, unwelcoming and unprofessional. Her high staff turnover suggests to me she is a difficult person to work for. I've heard others mention how she asks patients numerous questions, which I too experienced, but found she did not listen/hear what I had to say. In my opinion, Dr. Lee quickly makes a diagnosis of a patient and proceeds on that tract. If the patient questions her course of treatment, she becomes defensive and uses the phrase, "well you do want to get better don't you?". She needs practice on listeng AND hearing what her patients have to say. She needs to improve in following through with things she says she, or a nurse, will do. In addition, I expect my doctor to maintain a somewhat balanced emotional personality. I know people have bad days which can influene how they deal with people/patients. But my experiences with Dr. Lee has been seeing her demonstrate a variety of emotions: being friendly and happy, to being angry and suspicious, to appearing to display a neutral/flat affect.Dr. Lee has failed in meeting my medical expectations and needs on several occasions. She is not a doctor I recommend to friends or peers.

condescending, egotistical, arrogant. Does not follow through. Writes information in files which is not true. Fake - pretends to act nice/polite wh ...

Dr. Cindy is the most caring doc ever--she should teach other docs how to LISTEN! She is never judgmental, and will work w/you for solutions. She is proactive about prevention. She has a sense of humor and again, she LISTENS! I think most docs pierce their eardrums in med. school. She must have been absent that day! I am so happy she's GP again! We have referred her to dozens of our friends, and they feel the same way about her! She is a goddess amongst docs!!! She stays very up-to-date on the latest, and is very knowledgeable!

She willing/knowingly puts information into your medical file which is false/not true. For example after a routine blood test, I was sent a copy of the report with out any notes/information written on it. When I looked at the original report at her office, during a routine appt. I noticed she had written down that she recommended medication and changes in diet/exercise. None of this was information she shared with me. I also discovered while reading a report (from her) to a doctor she referred me to she stated she had done a bunch of tests/lab work/scans... which she hadn't (nor had discussed/recommeded for me to do). Reading the files it was as though she was trying to protect herself from any sort of medical liability. Or tried to make herself look like a whiz doctor. What kind of doctor writes information in your file without discussing it with you???? Especially information which could have a definitive impact on your life. Dr. Lee is definitely a doctor I'm not willing to… trust my life or medical needs with. Plus, one only has to read other online ratings about this doctor to see there are far more negative ratings on her than positive ones.

Wish I had researched this doctor before making an appt to see her because if I had, I would never have wasted $$$ and time on seeing her(I recently moved here and chose her on a whim out of the phone book - stupid mistake!) Dr. Lee asks more questions than most doctors, but she doesn't actually listen to what you say. She'll also rephrase questions which you've already answered - as if she doesn't believe what you're telling her. She gives out way too many prescriptions without telling you about side effects and doesn't know enough about alternative/natural remedies. Her office staff is unfriendly and not very welcoming or willing to answer questions. I agree with the majority of the ratings on this and on other sites which show negative/low ratings for Dr. Lee.
