Dr. Cindy Aline Shiro, DO

Dr. Shiro is an excellent, compassionate, thorough physician. Her expertise puts me at ease. She listens to my concerns, always giving me all the time I need without rush, while also ordering tests as she sees fit. I trust her completely and feel at ease the moment I walk into her office. Her staff is friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. The office is soothing and comfortable. I cannot recommend her enough!

Dr Shiro misdiagnosed me. I was having health issues and she blew them off saying it was all because I turned 30. Come to find out I saw a different obgyn and I had bad fibroids in my uterus. I had to have a hysterectomy. I went through years of agony because she said my symptoms were normal. She never listened to me or ordered any tests.

I cried when I left because I forgot what it was like to be treated as a human by a doctor. Her office is beautiful, her staff super friendly. She explains everything and takes her time to ensure accuracy and comfort. I am so glad I am now her patient.

Dr Shiro is the most amazing OBGYN. I have been going to her for about 10 years now and always so happy when I leave there. Dr. Shiro makes me feel at ease and very comfortable. She is so caring and compassionate. She has a great sense of humor and when I am scared or nervous about something, she talks me through and it makes me laugh. I moved out to the Boston area about 3 years ago and I still drive the hour to see her. Highly recommended!

I've been seeing Dr. Shiro for about 6 years. She is amazing! She is caring, thorough, and very intelligent with a great sense of humor. I had my kids many years ago but I would have loved to have known her then! Other than my yearly exam, Dr. Shiro performed the Novasure procedure on me for heavy periods and gave me a tubal ligation. Both day surgeries went great with perfect results. I highly recommend Dr. Shiro for good quality OBGYN care as long as you expect to wait a little for your appointmrnt.

I use to see Dr Shrio in @ Wing in Palmer and this is my first time back in a while. Since She moved. I had to wait over and hr to see her, but was told this @ check in. I didn't mind. These things happen and it was not the docs fault.Time went by very fast.Dr Shiro and the whole staff apologized several times sincerely.Dr Shiro was as wonderful as I remembered. She dien't rush any of her patients.I was the last of the day and she spent around an hr with me. She answered all my questions and gave me great and easy advice to help with a problem I was having. I have a lot of health issues and am allergic to a lot of meds. She was very simplistic and understanding. I could not of asked for a better doc or visit. Well worth the drive from Palmer and worth the wait too.She knows whats she is talking about & cares so much! Thanks Dr.Shrio !!!
