Dr. Ciro Roberto Martins, MD

I had an absolutely terrible experience here. My family has been going to him for many years. I booked an appointment a year ago for 5:30. It’s when I book every appointment. I show up at 5:27 and he won’t see me. They claim my appointment was at 5:15. Apparently he unilaterally changed it and then texted it to the wrong patients phone number. And because he claims I was 12 minutes late, he wouldn’t see me and treated me very terribly. No apology for sending the change to the wrong number. Honestly, not worth the hassle. He ran me up big bills for procedures that didn’t even work. Someone tried to reach out to me afterwards and I was surprised. The lady at the front desk was delighted to see me leave and was happy to note “Dr. Martins has plenty of patients and doesn’t need your business.” With that attitude, we shall see if that continues.

Came in for a routine wart removal visit. Taken aback by how unfriendly and uninterested Dr. Martins appeared. Spent a total of 7 minutes with me. All business. Didn't offer any warning of pain during the treatment or any suggestions on how to treat the area afterwards. Seemed to have a complete lack of empathy. Everybody has a bad day, sure but when I went to another dr and showed him the treatment, he described it as nuclear. Now I have to live with a mess and wait for it to heal and then begin treatments again with another Dr.

We literally had less than 5 minutes of an appointment and in that time he managed to make it seem like I was keeping him from something or that I was not worth his time. He had me schedule another appointment even though we barely talked. I refused the appointment and will find another dermatologist. Don't waste your time going to this doctor!!!

Dr. Martin is a great doctor and has always addressed my concerns regarding my skin issues. He listens well and then tells me how he can address the problem. He is a great listener!

I have been a patient of Dr. Martins ' for many years. He is a top-notch Dermatologist and I respect him immensely . In his absence I'm happy to see his PA. The negative comments are contrary to my experience.

Dr. Martins was fantastic. He conducted a thorough examination and let me know what was going on. He treated several lesions and told me exactly what to expect. The medical assistant was also very helpful. Dr. Martins provides outstanding care and I am pleased to recommend him to everyone.

Dr. Martins is an exemplary physician. He is thoughtful, caring, and thorough. He is interested in my goals for treatment and explains things in a readily understandable manner. His new office is absolutely gorgeous and the staff are efficient and kind. I would refer any family member or friend to Dr. Martins without question.

I was surprised by reviews indicating Dr. Martins was rude. I found the opposite. His exam was thorough, his recommendations thoughtful, and his follow up appropriate. He is certainly not trying to "sell" procedures. If he felt his PA could handle the issue, I would have no problem. Great doc. I recommend him to friends and family without hesitation.

Dr. Martins saw me for my skin problem and he spent very little time with me and was rude as if I was a nuisance. Then his PA (Caroline, she's not a doctor) saw me on follow up appointments and was not very good. my skin problem never went away and I felt like Iwas going in circles. I don't recommend his practice.
