I visited this doctor twice, about a year apart between two visits. The impression of my first visit was bad, as I felt she was very rude when talking to the patient. But at that time I was not that sure.I made the 2nd visit about a year later because she was the one I could make appointment that day, and I totally forgot the previous experience. When she saw me and talked to me, I got the exact same feeling as previous visit. She asked me to state my eye issue - I described what happened - a mesquito flied into my eye and it caused eye pain. She checked my eye and interrupted, "your eye pain has nothing to do with the mesquito. It is not there any more. Your eyes are too dry. The issue is your eye themselves." Her tone and the pose impled that the issue was ME. I replied I was only describing what happened, not trying to analyze or make conclusion. "If you insist, then whatever you say", that is her orignal words.As my eye lid swelled quite a bit, she couldn't turn over my upper eye… lid, and she complained "DON'T MOVE you eyeball! DON'T MOVE your eyeball!" I said I don't didn't want to move, but I cannot control it as my eyes hurted too much and my eyes became very sensitive after a surgery about 20 years ago. "That is the natural response." I was trying to soften the communication. Finally she complained,"I can not turn you upper eye lid over because you keep moving". This made me very angry.I strongly feel she needs to learn how to talk to patient. I don't think she meant to be rude, but the way that she talks to patient makes me very angry, and makes me feel whatever I do was wrong, or makes me feel it is wrong to be sick. She needs to learn how to treat patient with respect.All of us visit many doctors. This doctor is the only one that I have bad experience with. I don't think I will make any appointment with her again.
