Beware of this office-- they will send you absurd bills and find ways to bill you ridiculous amounts. Ask for exact costs before proceeding. This is the possibly the worst doctor's office I have every had to work with. This office charged my dad about a $1000 for a regular checkup, and then, their office did not give me correct information about how much I would be responsible to pay and then literally 6 years later (I saw him for a regular checkup in 2016!!!), they're sending me a bill and asking me to still pay for it. When I got upset that I'm being sent a bill 6 years later for $300 for a regular office visit, I was told nothing could be done, and the office person hung up the phone on me without giving me the information that I need.

Very nice , experienced , very polite or I can say one of best eye doctors in Sugar Land area. Husband has some problem , got appointment within 3-4 hours because of his seriousness. No waiting time. Thank god we fond him..

My whole family had been going to Dr Ghanshyam for few years. But the quality of service has significantly deteriorated. I got the number in May 2019 and once got the new glasses made found out that for distance I can not see right. Again had to visit and pay fee again. Only to find that my number is back to my previous number. Now, Dr forgot to write number for distance, once later contacted the number given was different than what he told in the office. Once contacted the office, arrogant attitude. Will not go back and neither recommend. Giving two star due to past performance

I have been a patient of this doctor for about 20 yrs. My daughter recommended him to me. He is very honest with me about the condition of my eye. He will not do surgery if it is not necessary. He is about the best patient care that he can provide; making money is not his priority.

Dr. Ghanshyam has been both of my parents doctor for a while now. His wife answers his phone calls and she is sooooo beyond rude, and disrespectful. my mom calls in and asked her a question and she gave me a rude answer and handed the phone to someone else and we could hear her saying tell them no. So my mom asked this new lady and she said no as told and was also rude and hands the phone back to his wife. My mom then asked for another time for an appointment and she said this is the only time you want it or not. Really rudely. Then I took the phone and said we are going to switch doctors if you are going to be so rude. She said OK then Bye and hung up on us. So guess you lost customers now but she doesn't care obviously.

It was my first visit and the Dr. did a very thorough exam of my eyes. He did not seem to rush me even though he had other patients waiting. He explained all the tests and the results.

You want good quality care for your eyes go see this Dr.I have been to his office several times and when I say quality care I mean exactly that.

Dr Patel and his staff were very kind and considerate. They were very informative and took the time to answer my questions. The exam was explained and procedures gone over for my benefit. I would strongly recommend them to others.
