Don't waste your time !!!!! Very unprofessional!!!!

I actually do not have any issues with Dr. Willie or any other doctors there. However, I felt that I was treated very unfair with my appointment. First, the office is now using a Kiosk system where you have to sign your own self in, which I thought was none beneficial in the first place. Also, I was never informed prior to them changing to the new sign in system. Anyway, my appointment was 9:00 am; I arrived at 9:15 am and had to wait for the person in front in me to sign in on the system. By time I got on it and completed my information time had passed. I got a message stating that I was late and to see the receptionist. She informed me that it was now 9:23 am and after 20 minutes you have to reschedule. I was there 15 minutes late and waiting on the person in front me made me 23 minutes late. This is very unfair and does not make any sense to me. The receptionist stated she could change my time to 11:00 am, which I was not able to. So, she rescheduled me for another day. Then, I… received an automatic call stating that I was charged $25 for cancelling my appointment. However, I called the doctorâ??s office regarding the charged and I was informed that it was removed. So, you telling me that if you do get to the appointment on time and you have several people in front of you and have to wait on them to check themselves in and time is ticking, and 20 minutes has passed this means you will have to changed your time or reschedule. This is truly ridiculous and very unprofessional. Also, where the Kiosk system is located is violation of HIPPA and does not allow any privacy, because others can look over your shoulder and view your name, DOB, telephone number and address. Well, all I can say is nice doctors, but I will not be returning back to this office.

I arrived for my first appointment 20 minutes early and was told that I didn't have an appointment. I was then informed that they had called me to inform me that the doctor had a medical emergency and was unable to make it to my appointment; they didn't offer to have another doctor in the office see me but when I inquired, they indicated everyone was full. I rescheduled the appointment, but when I got back to my office and confirmed I had no missed calls or voice mails, I decided that this level of service was unacceptable - esp. given the 45 drive one-way. Had high hopes since I was referred initially, but was let down.

I love Dr. Willie because her bed side manner is phenomenal and she spends quality time with each patient.

I've been seeing Dr. Willie for about 6 mos. I find her to be extraordinary in her field with phenomenal bedside manner. I never feel like I'm being rushed so she can get to her next patient. Her staff is also thorough and courteous.

Dr Willie has extensive knowedge or she will refere you to a specialist in the field of medicine that is required.

DR. WILLIE IS SUCH A CARING DOCTOR AND FULL OF KNOWLEDGE. HER STAFF IS VERY KNOWLEDGABLE ALSO.

I would recommend her to all my friends especially those going through menopause.

Caedel Medical Group is a great place to go. the staff might not be the best, but Dr. willie makes it better. she is attentive towards my needs as a patient. if you need a doctor, then doctor willie is the one you need

I just wanted to let you know that I was a new patient and I arrived 10 min.before my appt.time to fill out my paperwork. So everything was filled out by 11 my appt.time. I sat there until 11:45 and still was called to the room yet so I went up to ask the front desk she stated I was next.12:15 and I was still in the waiting room waiting to be call so I went and ask she said oh she's coming to get you so its now an hour and fifteen minutes I've been waiting.So finally I went up to the front desk and cancel my appt.and spoke to the manager and not once she was apologetic about the situation.She said oh the dr. is running behind with the residency. Ok so what does that mean? I understand the Dr.is behind but there's not excuse that the office manager is not apologetic or acknowledging how long I was out there. Very unprofessional and first impression is the most important which I see the office manager doesn't know anything about..
