I would have given her zero stars if I could. I was out of my medication and called in to have my medicine refilled. I have been taking this medication for many years. My regular doctor usually talks to me over the phone and refills my medication but he wasn't in the office so I had the unfortunate situation of having to talk to her. She wanted to upsell her physical exam. She asked me to come in for a physical exam before she can refill my medicine. Since my medication had nothing to do with physical exam and since covid-19 many doctors do online or phone consults I told her it was inconvenient for me to come to her office. She refused to refill my medication. Because of her refusal I had major headaches and vertigo. Obviously I have changed physicians since this incident. She has been by far the worst physician I have met. She really wanted to get her physical exam done and didn't care about my situation. Terrible, terrible, terrible doctor if you can call her that.
