Listened,interested in my opinion and treatment in put

Dr. Kristianna Roberts had harassed me today during my appointment with her for a checkup. I have a recorded harassment that she had made towards me as an elderly Asian woman. I feel very intimidated and that she and her staff (Rachel and Jade) were racist. After I complained to her about the disservice her staff (Rachel and Jade but was mainly Jade) she took their side with no evidence and yelled at me while at the appointment with her. I would like to bring this up to the public regarding how unprofessional Dr. Roberts was towards me and how her staff (mainly Jade and sometimes Rachel) would be dishonest towards me and probably to Dr. Roberts as well, hence she took their side and yelled at me over and over in my appointment for a check up. Dr. Roberts also threaten to discharge me if my daughter was to call her office just to help me since my English was not efficient when I'm speaking. I spoke to Dr. Roberts politely and softly in her office today but she kept yelling and… yelling at me. I felt very discriminated against by her and her staff and would like to bring this to the attention of the public . Without listening to her patient and to my daughter's concern for my health and safety and care, Dr. Roberts sided her staff and wrongly accused my daughter. I had asked my daughter (a professional herself) to call in and speak on my behalf with Rachel there once before and Rachel already knew I had authorized for my daughter to speak on my behalf. I called the office just to check and see why Express Scripts Mail Order does not send out the supply of medication I needed yet, and the reply I get from the pharmacy was that they did not get the reply back from the doctor's office yet. Therefore, I'm stuck in the middle calling Dr. Robert's MA and the pharmacy. The MA promised to me that they will contact the doctor and then call me back but they never did. Therefore, I informed my daughter of this happening to me and for her to assist me. She did as I asked since I was not getting the proper care from the MA as promised. However, after my daughter had put in the complaint to Adam ( the office manager) he took care of it and with my daughter's help, it was resolved the next day. Evidently , something along the line that Jade and Rachel said to Dr. Roberts that made her believe them and Dr. Roberts started harassing me inside her office and took my check up appointment's time to keep yelling at me. I have all the proof of that happening and can show it to the public of her unprofessional treatment towards me if necessary. Thank you for everyone's attention and please advise me of whom I can move forward to put this complaint in regard Dr. Roberts and her staff.

I've been seeing Dr. Roberts for a year now and I absolutely adore her. She's by and far the best primary care doctor I've ever had. Dr. Roberts is always chipper and welcoming, and recalls personal facts about me. She puts me at the center of the universe, which is rare to get from a doctor these days. After working through whatever issue I'm seeing her about (usually being sick), she asks if there's anything else I'd like to have checked out while I'm there. What?! Its truly the best care I've received.

How lucky I was to find Dr Roberts while I was on assignment in Fall River. Young, personable and professional. Very thorough in her care.
