Dr Pallares is very sweet but after a recent incident, I would never go back or recommend this place to anyone. I went in with classic flu symptoms and the nurse had no idea what was wrong, even suggesting it was fibromyalgia or a bug bite. I demanded some testing and was promised results the next day. When I called for results, they told me they'd call right back. At 1 with no response yet, I called back and was told the dr was gone for the day and never looked at my chart. 5 days later, I had to call myself to learn that I had tested positive for flu, but by this point, it had turned into bronchitis (diagnosed at urgent care). They told me to come back in a few weeks for a follow up and chest X-ray. Good thing I didn't wait on them because three days later, Urgebt care diagnosed me with pneumonia. Dr Pallares is nice but I have no confidence in her nurse or staff.
