His memory is shot, staff doesn't return calls & he doesn't perform laryngoscopies which EVERY ENT & otolaryngologist does. Doesn't read imaging studies correctly & scares you into thinking you need surgery. After you have surgery, won't accept culpability for any problems or mistakes.

A surgical genius who successfully accomplishes procedures that others decline to attempt. He removed malignant tumors from my left temple, jaw & neck without any disfigurement or nerve damage. He scheduled surgery within 5 days of diagnosis & saved my life. Simply the best in my opinion (and confirmed by numerous reviews and awards).

Awful bedside manner does not explain tx options does not communicate with patient team does not express empathy or concern
