Dr. Claude B Romulus, MD

Dysfunctional staff, unprofessional and unresponsive to the basic customer service, unable to communicate in english

I recently went to see him just to get a new prescription for my pain. And because my medicaid plan was stalling them the staff asked me for $ 50 dollars to pay to see him. I did not have the money, except to buy themedicine. so I was refused unless I paid. They said they would call medicaid and let me know what they can do but its been 2 weeks and no call. I checked and now somehow my medicaid is active and I got billed but do not recall ever seeing any doctor on the date of the billing. so my question now after using this doctor for service for over a year. Does he and his staff want to help me or just want to get money from me and my medicaid service?

Pleasant and comfortable Environment. Dr. Romulus is caring and personal. His staff which some are his family are wonderful.

The doctor has a very extensive knowledge concerning your sickness.

I will never go back to him again.
