Dr. Claudia Bachofen, MD

I'm sure provider was moving as fast as she could but I have a degenerative spine disease and it was difficult to sit on the table in a gown for 30 minutes.

Wasn't given much time because she was in between deliveries

She's very approachable and helpful

Dr. Bachofen is an excellent and very knowledgeable provider - I appreciate how she helps me navigate the larger hospital system which can be confusing.

She answered all my questions and went over everything thoroughly and explained things during the ultra sound also.

Goes in and out. Cares less to answer any questions or calm any worries! I was told I was high risk and she says I am not. Never even tells me when she wants to see me back just checks blood pressure and leaves the room.

The staff is great and I have a rare pregnancy that needs specific attention. Dr. Bachofen watches me very closely and is probably one of the only doctors that could tell me exactly what happen with my first pregnancy. I am very grateful for her expertise!

I am new to the Waco area and needed to have an appointment because I very likely have cervical cancer. The appointment was booked a month from the day I called. I have 3 children (6, 2, and 4mo old). Since I don't know the area well, I had a hard time getting there and finding the right building and office. I was unfortunately 6 min late. The staff marked me as a no show and refused to see me. They were condescending, rude and had no compassion. I even cried some because I was already nervous about the app and there was no sympathy. I would never recommend this office to anyone!
