I have been with Dr. Berdugo for around 16 years if not more since i was younger she takes her time with you and listens to what you have to say even if you are not a new patient she has excellent memory as to what meds have worked/not worked on me she has been there for me in good and bad moments I hope she never changes

I have been going to this doctor's office for five years. She is very accurate and patient. Dr. Claudia Berdugo is professional and courteous. I only have one disagreement. She allow new assistants to enter the room to input information in the laptop while listening to your health concerns. These "new assistants" are not introduced therefore making the visit uncomfortable.

The staff needs to be more patient. The doctor is an average doctor, was not impressed. First and last time I will ever go to this office.

The staff was very nice, they treat the patients well and the dr is the best. she spends alot of time with the patients and she speaks spanish and she attends at the local hospital clara maass. she takes very good care of the older patients. she is not rude and the staff always helps me

They are very rude and discourteous/The Staff.Never call the Pharmacy back for refills when I say never I meant it.Every time We were there they get the other patients ahead of Us when it was our turn/this happened every time we were there/about 5 visits?The staff does not treat patients properly, They don't have Manners.The Doctor she's good.

She's rude, nasty, unprofessional. Overall, not a great doctor! Stay away.
