Dr. Claudia Lucia Cala Morales, MD

Dr Claudia Carla Morales is rude, does not listen to patients. Calls patients for blood work weekly. Argues with Elder patients if they don't do as she says. She Not professional. We do NOT recommend to anyone. Change doctors!!!

I cannot in good conscience call Claudia a doctor because she lacks the ability to uphold the Code of ethics of her position. She was not only condescending, racist, and insensitive but also she refuses to listen to the patient and constantly questions the integrity of my answers. The worst part is that she chooses to verbally abuse someone who is seeking help with high blood pressure. Instead of help, she seems annoyed that the medication she prescribed did not work and surprised that my blood pressure skyrockets while in her office. Despite receiving her education and working in the U.S., she has not mastered the English language and insists on speaking Spanish to me when I don’t even speak Spanish. Her racist assumption that because I’m Hispanic I speak Spanish and eat tortillas all day(her actually words). My fear is that one day, her unethical behavior will cause serious harm to someone who is entrusting her with their care. Shame on you Claudia.

She is rude to the family if they do not agree with he care and opinion. She has a heavy Spanish accent and she is hard to understand, even if she speaks in English. I feel that she has crossed the line of patient care and has become controlling and has overstepped her boundary of professional doctor patient care.
