Did not respond to pharmacy's refill request or my calls or voice mails, which resulted in me running out of a medication

We love Dr. Viamontes, she is caring and takes time to listen before she treats the patients. We also just adore her receptionist Lori. She is the kindest lady, always will to help, when you need extra papers for schools and such.

I think Dr Viamontes is a wonderful, caring physician. It is always comfortable speaking with her. She actually listens and considers the thoughts I share with her. She has helped me.

My appointment was at 4:15 and 4:45 still hadn't been seen

I have been to several psychiatrists in the past, and about 2 years ago switched to Dr. Viamontes. Through those two years I've had a lot of issues and she is doing her best to help me get through them and working with me and several medications until I am better, She is extremely compassionate and I would recommend her to anyone who is in need.
