Dr. Bratten pawns you off on other doctors while stringing you along to line his own pockets.

Dr. Bratton is one of the best! He spends time with his patients explaining diagnosis, treatments, options, etc. Lisa, his allergy nurse is also excellent! They helped me figure out and treat my chronic allergy problems!

I went to see Dr. Bratton because I was experiencing severe insomnia and his sleep lab told me I needed a referral from him in order to get an appointment to address my sleeping issues. I told the office I was self pay up front and they told me it would be 137.50 for the office visit. The doctor then proceeds to conduct a nasal endoscopy which wasn't necessary to see that I have nasal polyps and then charged me for a laryngoscopy. Not only was the procedure unnecessary, but it wasn't even billed correctly. And during my visit I was there for an 8:30am appointment and waited for the doctor in the room for 30-45min at a time. I didn't get out of there until almost 11am and was late for work and was docked pay. So now when I called the office to tell them about the wrong procedure being billed they were rude and acted as if $286I were stupid. When I tried to negotiate the rate they pretty much laughed and told me they don't negotiate self pay rates - it's "policy." Stacy was rude and… treated me as if I didn't know what I was talking about and even after I provided documented descriptions of the CPT codes they were billing me for, she still didn't even read the entire description. I got the feeling that this doctor was only interested in selling me more services because after the $286 unnecessary procedure, he continued to tell me i needed nasal surgery and allergy injections. I came to him for sleep issues. Once I advised him I was self pay, he stopped and just wanted to get me out of there. Never would i recommend this doctor to anyone.
