Staff is very professional and friendly. Dr Holley spends time with his patients and takes the time to explain everything.

This is a very negative review of Dr. Holley. I scheduled a visit in fall 2019 just to obtain a refractive exam for new glasses. He saw me after that exam, looked at my dilated eyes for about 15 minutes, without telling me what he was up to. Apparently he assumed I was his new patient, as the bill included $310 for "comprehensive exam, new patient". I never requested this procedure or to see Holley, nor was I told it was being scheduled by staff or Dr. Holley himself. Any services he provided were unnecessary as well as being unsolicited (I had seen both my ophthalmologists, who I still see, earlier that year and had no condition). Giving an unsolicited procedure, without the patient's knowledge, is a clear violation of the Patient Bill of Rights. For Dr. Holley, it is clearly all about the money...If I could give him zero stars, I would.

Wait time is a little long at times, but for good reason. I talked to people who drive from 6 hours away (far NE Montana) to see Dr. Holley. He spends time with you and explains everything thoroughly, making sure any questions you have are answered. I highly recommend him.
