Good doctor, but bad staff members.

There is a lack of time management as it takes over an hour to be seen. The nurse who checks vitals is very judgmental and intrusive, going through your information as though she is the physician and can be argumentative, making it uncomfortable for patients to discuss their issues. The doctor himself is helpful in treating your concerns. But he needs nore courteous and respectful staff.

I waited over an hour to meet with the doctor and when I did, he spent no more than 5 minutes with me. And this was for a complete physical! It was my first time meeting with him, and he came into the room with no "hello" or "hi, I'm your doctor".All he asked me was a few basic questions, but nothing about my health history. I told him that I was in for a complete physical, yet He did not check ANYTHING. He didn't even have a stethoscope! After he was done with his 3 question survey, he barely dismissed me by leading me to the secretary and walking away with no additional words. It was the most ridiculous doctor's appointment I have ever experienced. Best believe that i switched doctors immediately.

not a bad doctor. was very thorough with my case and referred me to a great ENT doctor. Was attentive to my personal situation. the wait time is too long, but he does service a range of clients from low income to middle class working patients.

Bad attitude, poor costumer services. Money hunger.
