What an amazing doctor, very calm,and a good listener, she understood her job well

I have been under the care of Dr. Santhia Matthew for approximately 9 years now. Recently, I had an appointment with her, and was genuinely impressed by the level of care and professionalism throughout the entire visit. This is simply her culture- "Genuine empathy, attention and professional care". She was consistently respectful, attentive, and thorough, taking the time to listen carefully to my concerns without rushing or dismissing anything I brought up. Her depth of knowledge was immediately clear, but what stood out just as much was how calmly she explained everything in a way that was easy to understand. One of the most meaningful parts of the experience was how reassuring she was. I came in feeling anxious and somewhat disturbed, but her calm presence and thoughtful communication really helped alleviate my fears. Dr. Matthew is very soft spoken and truly a good listener, and I felt heard at every step of the appointment. Overall, Dr. Matthew combines strong clinical… expertise with genuine compassion and professionalism. I left feeling informed, supported, relaxed, and confident in the care I received. I sincerely appreciate it!

Had a lovely visit with Dr Mathew, she always takes the time to listen to any of my questions! My only complaint is the wait in the waiting room! The front desk people are more courteous than they have been in the past!

Dr. Mathew is always professional, efficient, pleasant, courteous, informative, helpful. The staff at the Columbia Knoll North office are always courteous and helpful. The atmosphere in the location is always pleasant and the staff are efficient and helpful, even when the place is very busy.
