Dr. Clemente Villareal Zulueta JR., MD

I was having a lot of trouble out of my throat and was sent to him. The wait time wasn't to bad but it was a longer than most places. The doctor in my opinion was uncaring and rude. I told him of the distress I was in and how bad I felt and just because my blood was ok he was brushed me off and got hateful with me. I just found me a different doctor and he DID take me serious and eventually found out what was wrong. I am grateful that he did find out what was wrong and he fixed it. Thankfully.

Ridiculous wait times is the biggest thing with this doctor. I stopped seeing him after seeing him for years because his staff is so rude and they make you wait for hours, even if you're the first person "signed in" to see him. The staff seems to rude and not helpful. Dr. Z himself seems so impersonal and uncaring. He doesn't seem to know what he's doing.

He know what his doing...His a very experience doctor.

This doctor was my doctor for many years, but sometimes enough is enough. After waiting to see him for hours one day, I decided to find myself someone else. His staff is also very rude.

I came as a walk in and still had very little wait time. Dr. Zulueta was very good with explanation, risks, and benefits of the biopsy procedure that I was to have. However, I thought the procedure could have been done in his office rather than being sent to Central Baptist for it.
