Dr. Cleveland Weems Randolph, MD

Dr Randolph has been my Dr for 50 plus years and he has done an excellent job of taking care of my female needs. I would not trade him for any other OB/GYN dr. He has taken great care of me as well as my Mom, aunt and sisters!

This is the doctor who listens to you and then helps you... and follows up to assure the treatment is working for you!

My wife and I have been seeing Dr. Randolph since around 2007 I think. He has always been very professional and friendly. Extremely knowledgeable about bio identical hormones, supplements, etc. We used to drive down from Georgia to see him. Then we moved to Destin FL and kept on seeing him. Because of the driving distance we tried a local doctor who really messed our hormones up. Immediately went back to driving to Jacksonville Beach. For us, Dr. Randolph is worth the drive!

dr. Randolph takes forever to get an appointment with. It is not worth the wait. he is good for hormone problems but not other problems. He has an unemotionable cold stone face.He will not lift a finger to help you if you have a complicated problem. He does not care about the individual patient or the suffering you are going through. The office is just too busy to care about you all they want is your MONEY.

Can’t believe that the doctors would allow such rude 0people be the face of their practice. It’s ridiculous because you often spend more time talking to these jerks than the doctors. Nurses are amazing!

Wonderful practice for chronic illness and thyroid disease. Very thorough. Gives only necessary medication. Believes in preventative, functional, natural, HEALING care. More knowledgeable than any practice I have been to. Stephen, my NP is amazing.

1. He tries to oversell his products, rather than focus on your actual health. 2. All of his staff has left. 3. I was called from a receptionist that I contracted an STD. She sounded like a cheerleader. I get that maybe she has to be positive - but NO follow up from the doctor and it is one of the worst ones you can get. Horrible bedside manner and no follow up, or help on how to take the medication, etc.

A few women recommended the practice. I did have a hard time getting my first appointment a few years ago, but then I went in person and it was easy. Since then the practice has changed my life. I felt better than I thought possible once I got my hormones tweaked. I wish I had done this years ago. The staff is very nice. I had one slightly rude person in pharmacy -only one time. Every other experience afterwards (including pharmacy) has been great. I recommend Randolph's office all the time. i dont see Randolph but the other women I have dealt with are excellent. They listen to me, they care and they are not satisfied with getting barely clinical levels of a few hormones. I brought my husband there and now we both go. I believe the other posts- I assume some people have had problems making appointments. Still, I would jump through hoops to go to him. I am so glad I walked in to the office to get that first appointment.

Had heard such good things about Dr. Randolph. I finally got an appointment to be greeted by an unprofessional, disorganized staff that treated me like I was interrupting their day. After waiting close to an hour for my appointment, the doctor I met with was knowledgeable, but I felt rushed. Then, when I tried to schedule a follow up, I only got a voicemail and no return call. Finally got real person on the phone that said they my labs were lost so I couldn't get an appointment. Suddenly my labs were found, and when I got my appoin tment scheduled I showed up and was told I came on the wrong day and was told to come back.... really??? My friends that originally recommended him to are experiencing problems with the office now too. The doctors and nurse practitioners seem to be competent, although their support staff is clueless, unprofessional, and lack customer service. I will not return, rather I suggest running to another doctors office instead.

Beware! No follow up! No communication! Phone calls go to voicemail and are never addressed. After a great 15 years I am never going to this practice again because with this new unorganized and overworked group this practice has become a joke. The saddest thing is the great group of PAs and doctors they lost along with a large group of unsatisfied patients of which I am one.
