Im concerned. The views are sketchy. Your OB is a very important person and to see many with quick, dirty in their eval is unsettling.

Dr. Goldstein is unbelievably accommodating. He listened to all my concerns and addressed everything in a calm, professional and knowledgable manner. I would definitely recommend him to my friends and family.

Excellent Dr. Starting from my prenatal visits till the birth of my baby. He answered all my questions, never rushed me! Delivered my healthy baby boy. Office staff absolutely amazing!! Thank you Dr. Goldstein

I was a long standing patient of this practice. When I got pregnant my original doctor advised he no longer did deliveries and said that I should continue to see dr. Goldstein. Which I did. He never spent much time with me. But I assumed that was normal. About a little more then halfway through my pregnancy I became sick. I gained almost 20 pounds in less than five days. I called and spoke to a nurse who said the doctor said to tell you “welcome to pregnancy”. I kept telling them something was wrong and the doctor and his staff ignored me. I kept rapidly gaining weight and had high blood pressure. Both symptoms were ignored. At 34 weeks I had an appt. in which I complained of decreased movement of my baby. A nurse told me it was normal. Dr. Goldstein spent less then three minutes with us that appt. and told me that everything I was experiencing was normal and disregarded my concerns. Two days after that appt. I was rushed to the hospital. My blood pressure was near stroke zone I… couldn’t see and hadn’t felt my baby move. I was admitted and told I had no fluid left and my baby was leaning on his cord causing his heart to slow. I was diagnosed with preeclampsia and my son was considered IUGR. I was rushed into an emergency c section to save my life and my sons. They gave me a classical incision and now I can never even attempt a natural birth. This was my first child. My son THANKFULLY survived. He was born at 3 pounds 7 ounces and spent 18 days in the NICU. It took four days for DR. Goldstein to show up at the hospital in which he downplayed everything that happened to me. And said it was not a big deal and c sections are common. Meanwhile I had been told a classical incision is RARELY USED. After I was released from the hospital I wound up back there feeling. Terrible. They ran some tests and all was fine. Dr. Goldstein happened to be there and came in to see me and my husband. He told me that the cure for preeclampsia was giving birth and that women who preform oral sex on their husbands are less likely to develop preeclampsia. ARE YOU KIDDING ME????? When I was forced to have my post partum check up with him he had heard that I was leaving the practice and wanted to know why. I asked him one question. If I had not gone to the hospital would my baby have died. He avoided the question. I told him I already know the answer because the hospital told me. He would have died. And I left his office. Reading these reviews I see that this is common story his patients have. DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND STAY AWAY FROM THIS MAN. His negligence almost cost me my life and my son his. Think twice before you go to this doctor.

Not personable. Thinks everything is 1, 2, 3... doesn't make you feel comfortable as a 1st time mom. delivered my baby, he went his way I went mine. Will not go back to him for my 2nd child.

How can he still practicing

I have been a patient of this practice for 21 yrs. My first child was delivered by a dr that is no longerwith this practice. I was heartbroken when I found out he retired . But I was assured that Dr Goldstein was great. I was a high risk pregnacy bc of my age and bc I am a diabetic. My daughter was delivered 3 weeks early bc she was too big and so I had to have another amnio which Dr Goldstein performed. He waited with my husband and I in the maternity suite until the results cane back which took a few hours. That night at 9:40 be delivered my daughter through C section. Everything was fine. He also has performed outpatient procedures on me. I read the other reviews that were shocking to say the least. Is he two different drs? I wish Dr Goldstein would respond to the other reviews which make him look like a monster. I dont know that Dr Goldstein. He has always been caring, knowledgeable and funny. Also I wish the people who wrote those reviews would explain what happened. The only… thing I dont like about the office is they do not call you with lab results and I have left messages in the past on the Nurses VM and had not received calls back. My only complaint.

you call this horrific doc trustworthy....why don't you ask the beautiful young woman....mom and NYPD Sargeants little boy and family how trustworthy he is.....she passed 5 years ago as a result of his quick and dirty surgery .....DO NOT GO TO THIS BUTCHER!!

Great Dr with an amazing bedside manner. He is genuine and knowledgaable

He is a great doc and the others docs he works with are pretty awesome too!
