Dr. Clinton Wood Collins, MD

Rude demeanor, poor communication from him and his staff caused delays in treatment.

I saw Dr. Collins as a referral from my primary care physician. He introduced himself when he came into the room, shaking my hand and making eye contact. He asked about my issue and listened to my explanation without interrupting, only asking clarifying questions. Dr. Collins provided answers to my questions, even when I desired more detail than most people would require. He was very patient and I appreciate that he suggested treatment options which did not involve any invasive procedures nor any pharmaceuticals initially. He suggested a therapy regimen and told me I could choose other courses of treatment later. I appreciated his taking the time to truly talk to me about my issues, my understanding of how my system works, and to openly listen to non-Rx items that I use to maintain my health.

I went to Dr. Collins 2-3 times for urinary urgency, constant pain, and excessive bathroom visits. He asked me which one I wanted him to treat! He diagnosed and medicated me for overactive bladder which didn’t help. I’m glad I got a 2nd opinion. I have internal cystitis. I do not recommend Dr. Collins st all.
