Horrible, dirty, unorganized, staff has worst attitudes I have ever seen.

Best Doctor in The world for my dodger and husband .We love Him like family God bless him

Been a decade long patient and now I need a new urologist. Dr Kas no longer has the time nor PATIENCE to practice. Every time I ask questions he makes it sound like you are inconveniencing him. His vibe is very stressful and you can tell his staff is very stressed and understaffed (understatement). Guess Ill try a gander at McIver.

WOW!! VERY IMPATIENT. REFUSES TO ANSWER QUESTIONS AND LITERALLY PUSHES YOU OUT THE DOOR. CAN'T UNDERSTAND A WORD HE SAYS BECAUSE OF MUMBLING AND THICK ACCENT.NEVER COMING BACK!!

Run, don't walk, away from this practice! First call to schedule an appt and had to leave a message. The call was returned ONE WEEK later. Three visits and I have yet to see a doctor - only a P.A. When I spoke to him about my issues with no one answering the phone or returning calls on any of my attempts to reach the office, he proceeded to get angry and let loose on me with a full 4 minute rant. I was told that the person who picks up the phone is busy with other things and staff is supposed to answer it, but they were too busy, and he couldn't because of the 200 patients he saw weekly. The suggestion he angrily gave me was to come into the office and speak to someone. Hmmm...he knows that I cannot physically do that. As of today, I have been trying to get a prescription changed for THREE WEEKS. This is where it becomes dangerous to visit. I received an RX that would have caused serious side effects when mixed with my other meds. Thankfully, I knew enough to check it out before… taking it. He, on the other hand, did not even check before prescribing. As for the other staff, they seem to be polite and friendly.

I appreciated the professionalism and caring staff and doctor.

After two visits, never saw Dr. Kasraeian again. Was passed off to one of the PAs. Not sure why appointments are made. They are never kept.

Dr. Ahmad Kasraeian, is an outstanding physician but is staff is inconsiderate. Especifically his office manager. She is horrible. I advised her of my complaint, she was nonchalant and unprofessional. When doing business you don't have the patient on speaker phone .
