Dr. David Scott Bargnesi, MD

Very professional staff. Was seen within 10 min of appt time. Dr Bargnesi was very up to date on current practices and procedures. Was easy to talk with and understanding without being condescending.

I found Dr. Bargnesi to have an excellent manner in the way he interacted with the patient. He seems very approachable. He was friendly and professional. The person identified as his assistant was very pleasant and professional. The receptionist was very polite and business-like. The only concern I had was having to wait 3 weeks for an appointment.

I had two appts there. There first time the receptionist handed me back someone elese driver's lic. and credit card and had given mine to another woman. scheduling a follow up appt was difficult at best - and when I got there I waited 1:15 minutes before the receptionist started questioning why the Dr wasn't in yet. She called hospital abd found that he was in a procedure and had told her the prior day he wouldn't be in and to reschedule my appt. Ooops, she hadn't checked her messages. This wouldn't have been such a big deal if I didin't have a 2 hour round trip drive. She even wanted me to come back the next a.m. Told her I didn;t have enough time off from work or gas money to keep playing games. Never went back. Dr may know what he's doing, but thanks to staff we'll never know. BTW - still have kidney stones.
