Dr. Ali Kasraeian, MD

It's virtually impossible to reach Dr. Ali's office staff. I have been trying for two months to get a simple response to a letter addressed to the doctor. Phone calls go to blind message drops, and it's impossible to make an appointment either on-line or over the phone. Sometimes the system just hangs up.

My male friend was referred to this office by his PA. After calling 4 times and no answer and left messages and one text we had to find another doctor. They never returned our call and still haven’t after 2 weeks. His staff is lousy I just wonder if the doctor knows about this. To me that is a big red flag so new patient be ware!!! We found a new dr that actually answers their phone and scheduled an appointment. The dr himself maybe good but if you can’t reach him what good is that. I hope he sees this and checks on what his staff is NOT doing!! Again new patient be ware!!!

Heather introduced me to a special new procedure, which she explained, to help me with my overactive bladder. It was worth a try. Her sweet assistant learned the set-up and each week, as I could increase my tolerance, my problem became less of a problem. After I finished I could make it at least 5 hours between BR breaks. Thank you, Heather!

Long waits, staff does not answer phones nor return messages, office is very disorganized and the rooms are not very clean

Office staff does not answer phone, does not return calls. Had an appointment that they rescheduled and did not call me to tell us. Waited 3 hours in waiting room for my appointment. The office is very poorly managed. Always hours late for appointments. Told us during appointment that we would have a large payment that would not be covered by insurance. This should gave been sorted before the day of the appointment.

The office is more messed up than a ran over dog. I WILL NOT BE GOING BACK

3 hr wait time 1.5 hr wait time 2 hr wait time I'm done !!

It doesn't get much better than Dr. Ali. He is truly one of the only doctors who truly acts as if his patients feelings and well-being is more important than simply making money. He is an excellent doctor, and one I wouldn't hesitate to suggest to ANYBODY!

Chart misplaced. After an hour + I was taken to a room and another hour before I was seen. Also, they did not return a phone call or follow up on a prescription/test result. Under staffed office. To many locations

it is very hard to get a followup because put on hold and leave a message and call never returned
