Arrived at Center For Sight 15 minutes before appointment. Asked receptionist if Dr. Fletcher was "running on time". Stated she would check I replied thank you! One hour and fifteen minutes later I again went to the receptionist and asked her to give a message to Dr. Fletcher. "Tell him I have been waiting for an hour and fifteen minutes". Within a few minutes a medical assistant came into the waiting room and attempted to explain to me and other patients that they were running behind. I stated the only reason you are explaining now is because I complained. Her co-worker entered the conversation and said I did not need to take your frustration out on her. I said I agreed and asked to see Dr. Fletcher. She stated if she did that it would only put him more behind. I turned and left the Center For Sight clinic and will not return. The clinic staff and Dr. Fletcher acted like I was disposable. On a scale of 1-10 rating I would give a less than one.

Went to Dr. Fletcher for several years needing nothing but a checkup. When I needed to have Catarak surgery, every thing seemed to go well. However on my return visit I was not happy with the fact he said I had 20/20 vision and I really didnt. Could not see any better then before. He was rude because I questioned him I guess and only talked to my Husband would not look at me at all. I was told I was wrong and IF I WANTED TO BACK THERE IN 4 MONTHS they would check again. REALLY. No thanks.

Please google reviews and go to another Dr. I wish I had never used him. Bad eye surgery that I’m still dealing with after a year

Dr Fletcher did cataract surgery on one eye. Nothing but problems. Had severe pain in that eye and could not stand to open my eye so I went to his office where they put a drop of med in my eye and gave me a prescription for pain eye drops. Then went back for a check up and he put a shot of steroids in my eye. My eye is still blurry and worse then it was before I had the surgery. Went to another Dr for my other eye and have had no problems whatsoever. I wish I had never went to Dr Fletcher.

Dr. Fletcher was so rude acted like I was disposable. I will never go back to center for sight.
