I had the pleasure of meeting Dr Colette Haag-rickert recently. She has a wonderful personality. Spent time asking me questions and did my exam and asked if I had any questions. I would highly recommend her and will be returning to see her in three years. Bonnie Wood

I saw Dr. Haag-Rickert for ~4 years, during which time I had experiences that started as cold, but average, and quickly became uncomfortable, disrespectful, and frustrating. Dr. Haag-Rickert refused to do follow up, she/her staff would never call about test results or other concerns that occurred during appointments. Her bedside manner is horrendous, she is cold, she doesn't ask questions, and she doesn't care about addressing concerns or problems. I had a problem, which resulted in her eventually (after multiple visits) scheduling me for a procedure that she improperly explained [ultrasound and internal ultrasound are very different]. After the procedure, she indicated that the information gained was useless, and after I reiterated the problem, she said it was the incorrect procedure and it never would have provided helpful info. I said I didn't want to pay for it and wanted to discuss it, but the staff sent me to collections instead, ruining my credit. They rarely called back. Dr.… Haag-Ricket told me to just see my PCP as she had nothing else for me. My PCP was appalled and confused.
