I'm a 50s male, who has been a patient for around 20 years. i've seen some changes and improvements. They are Suncoast Medical Clinic now. You will see the LPN, unless you use the "concierge" service with Dr Chan. There is a relaxed, pleasant small office feel. For me alot about preventative care and knowing your numbers. Never had a major issue. i buy a quality supplement there, which actually works. It seems the number of patients though has declined over the years, maybe it's an industry trend, about 10-15 min waits usually, and fairly easy to make an appointment, park in front. They updated their software so the records are better. if you are looking for a physician, i would recommend.

I have spent so much money at this office on numerous visit and between Stephanie and Michelle they are the nastiest women I have ever come in contact with. Lack of customer service from Michelle and Stephanie is easily manipulated by her. They are very unorganized and unprofessional ! I would not go back to this office if they had free visits and I’m working very hard to get them removed from our network. One person can make a difference !

I have been going to Dr. Chan for three years. He always listens to me and answers all my questions. He is very thorough when going over my tests and blood work and addressing any issues. I like that he takes the time to address and explain any issues I may have and works with me to regulate the right dosage for me. He never rushes me out. I like the fact that he also will ask if you would like to try certain vitamins, minerals and sporebiotics that you can take to help you rather then just put you on antibiotics. You can choose. DR. Chan is a compassionate and caring doctor, I am glad that I found him. Only down side is because he is such a great doctor and spends time with each patient you sometimes have to wait a while past your scheduled appointment time. But Dr. Chan is well worth the wait.

The staff was horrible. The front desk was so rude. Both coming In and leaving. I would never return again
