Dr. Colleen Dawn Browne, DO

i love her..she takes her time and does everything she can to make you happy and well taken care of...someone put on here they would not recommend her because she got her PA instead...she doesn't have a PA...someone must be thinking of the wrong dr.

I remember moving into Ionia county a few years back. My wife, 2 kids, and my Mother, were from the city, where many doctors are available. I thank God that we found Dr. Colleen Landino! She not only defines the true meaning of physician/Healer in her everyday work, she really listens, and truly saved my Mother from dying! Dr. used her awesome, gentle, bedside manner to convince Mother of the need to follow-up on the Doc's orders. The Cancer was aggressive, but Dr. Colleen Landino knew exactly what she was doing, and what she was looking for! She's a brilliant physician, and I would recommend this high quality doctor to anyone, regardless of what the nay-sayers may wrongly declare. She is delightful, and my whole family loves her. Hang in there Dr. Landino, you are a Healer, and deserve the best!!!

I would not recommend this dr to anyone. This is not personal as she is a very nice lady. We began going to her a few years ago and at first I was very impressed, however I am very dissatisfied with their practice as of this date. A few weeks ago I specifically made an appointment to see her personally and instead seen her PA. She told me she was going to refer me to a lung specialist. I waited over 2 weeks and then called because I hadn't heard back and the referral hadn't even been made. A week or so later I tried to make another appointment to see Dr Landino for my daughter...number was disconnected.....went up their to find they had changed their number....wouldn't u think they could send out courtesy cards...ok ..made another appointment, specifically for Dr Landino...but instead got to see the PA...this was for my daughter...she needed a referral to a specialist and a script which they said they would call in immediately....that still hadn't been called in the next day...called… them...went to pick the script up...pharmacy couldn't fill it as they never specified amount of medication or the daily dosage. They also had called and left a message with said Drs clinic....my daughter had to go all weekend with out her medication. Tried to call drs office this morning for 2 hours on their NEW number but all circuits are busy...called pharmacy again who said drs office had not returned their call..this is unacceptable...I am wondering if the referral has even been made to the specialist.. Let me talk about the wait times....i have been there left in an exam room for 3 hours....this has happened more than once..my husband had an appointment a few months back and sat in waiting room for 2 1/2 hours and didn't see anyone...they wondered why he left. I also asked for a receipt for my adult daughter last year that I had paid...they said they couldn't give me one as it was a HIPPA violation...I wonder why their sign in sheet isn't...they expect you to sign in and put reason for visit and it is left outside the window of the receptionist desk for all to see...Now tell me that isn't a hippa violation! I find her practice nurse to be awesome and usually i call her with my questions and concerns and she is excellent and professional and gets right on it. However I have encountered rudeness with some other staff members, I will be changing my dr but in the meantime I will have to drive up there to ask them to complete the script for my daughter but I am not happy.

We know in this busy world, it is hard to find a doctor who is as smart as she is caring. But, guess what? We found one! Her name is Dr. Colleen Landino.The whole family LOVES her, and appreciates her time and dedication to her patients. She knows her stuff!! She is honest, caring, and SMART!
