I am here to provide a safe, supportive space in a non-judgmental setting. I approach the sessions with warmth and respect and my hope is that clients will feel comfortable and at ease. Together we can identify goals, overcome obstacles, and help you make positive changes in your life. I am an experienced Licensed Mental Health Counselor with decades of experience counseling in schools working with children, adolescents and their caregivers addressing symptoms of anxiety, depression, trauma, substance abuse and relational concerns using clinical and evidenced based techniques. I strive to help my clients to feel empowered and improve the quality of their lives.
