Dr. Colleen Ann Sheehan, MD

Please if you’re reading this and deciding if you should go here, DO NOT. Terrible front office staff and exam rooms are dirty and outdated equipment. Dr Sheehan breaks her own rules by swearing when talking to you. She doesn’t listen well and talks down to her staff and any other dr observation you tell her about. I’m shocked she has a medical license honestly.

This doctor is so down to earth it's great she don't dismiss what you have to say. I would tell friends if you need a doctor check this one out. I'm so very comfortable talking with her it's like I've known her forever. On a 1-10 I give her a 10

Dr. Sheehan is amazing friendly easy to talk to and her staff are just as amazing.

They cancelled my initial apt. & I had to reschedule. I was NOT impressed with her office staff. The office manager was initially, abrubt, impatient, condescending & rude. However, she did manage to redeem herself in my eyes. The nurses asst's, on the other hand, were friendly and commpassionate. The wait time was overly long, the paper work excessive. They said they didn't give out copies of their HEPA paper I was required to sign, SERIOUSLEY? The office was excessively noisey. TV too loud, patients waiting using cell phone on speaker phone, and someone with a continuos nervous/ impatient foot tapping, made it a very trying wait. Dr. Sheehan was like a Ray Of Sunshine, a sheer delite. Courteous & thourough, with a lovely bedside manner. I absolutely love her. Overall, I would recommend Dr. Colleen Sheehan, but don't expect much from her office staff.

Dr. Sheehan is a wonderful doctor who takes time to listen and is very thorough.

Dr. Sheehan is very thorough on her exams and always spends time to review your health issues and answers questions. She shows heartfelt concern for all of her patients and advises on preventative health care to keep you well.

Doc Sheehan is HANDS DOWN the BEST Doctor I have come across as of yet! She is caring, compassionate, down to earth, all around wonderful woman! I have various health concerns she addresses them ALL! My Mother sees her as well and will until they kick her out! That being said. The office staff is mediocre at best. Rude on the phone. Rude in the office. Nearly impossible to speak to cold and uncaring. BUT well worth the hassle to get to Dr. Sheehan! Look past the staff, they aren't treating you anyhow!

As I have gotten older Dr. Sheehan has twice taken the time and used her expertise to spot life-threatening conditions. I am grateful to her in many ways and for also treating other family members with the same care and expertise.

Worst staff ever!

Staff is always grumpy and seems annoyed by everything. Doctor has a great bedside manner but if you come to her with a serious problem, she will go with what she knows about you from your records instead of what is really happening today. Sent me to the hospital for what she knew from prior visits - she didn't listen me about what was happening. Hospital admitted me for a new serious problem.that was not even close to why she sent me.
