I love Doctor Colleen so much. I've been seeing her for 5+ years now and its only gotten better as shes gotten to know me. She is so genuinely caring, never judgmental, encourages and challenges me without ever being pushy or insensitive. She has helped me change the self defeating narrative I have been stuck in for so long. I seriously wouldnt have the beautiful life that I have now without her support and guidance. Shes always understanding when I need to cancel an appointment or am running late. Shes not only there for me during our sessions but also usually responds very quickly to texts. She even came in to the office for an emergency session on a saturday once when I was in crisis. I could go on and on. If youre looking for CBT from an emotionally intelligent, professional, genuine and kind person, Doctor Colleen is it!

I've been visiting Dr Trimble for over a year now, and have to say that she's one of the best therapists I've ever consulted, all across the country. While she could be a bit more knowledgeable about skills (especially DBT-related), she's very encouraging when I'm practicing those skills. She's also great about tracking my progress thru the detailed notes I have a preference for recording and providing her. She's really accessible (which I greatly value), and a calm, patient listener who also makes sure to provide sound insights and ask deep questions during each session. Has been willing to touch base to build a complete picture of my treatment with my psychiatrist. Have had very few problems scheduling appointments with her, or payment & insurance issues. I really appreciate her unwavering guidance and support.

I've only been seeing Dr. Trimble for a short while but have seen immediate improvement in my life. I've dealt with OCD, anxiety, and depression for a long while and I feel like I'm starting to make strides toward living with these things better. She is incredibly insightful and weekly says something, or brings in a perspective, I hadn't thought about and likely wouldn't come to recognize on my own. She is very supportive and I can tell she wants the best for me and is bringing all the tools she can to my issues.
