Dr. Colm John Acuff, DO

Questionable. Bad impression

Last week I visited the E.R. at Memorial Medical center for excruciating pain I'm my lower back that radiated down my left leg causing numbness and tingling. I was in so much pain, that I need a wheelchair to be brought into the E.R. Once I was called in the examination room Dr. Acuff came in very quickly asking me why was I at the E.R. I told him what was going on and he said okay sit tight. 20 minutes later a nurse comes in with discharge papers telling me it was time to go. I asked her how, how can you possibly diagnose me and no test were ran, I didn't have an xray or MRI? I asked her to go and get the Doctor and she did. I asked Dr. Acuff how did he determine that I was suffering from sciatica when there wasn't any test ran. In a very rude and condescending tone he told me that you can't see sciatica on an xray or MRI. I said sir I am in pain and have been like this for over a week. I was so afraid it was a blood clot or something else. He was not happy that I asked for another… doctor because I didnt feel safe leaving in the pain I was in. I then asked him his name because he did not introduce himself to me. He refused to say anything else to me and stormed out of the room like a 5 year old having a tantrum. The nurse who gave me the discharge papers told me his name and said if I wanted to be seen by another doctor that I had to go back through the E.R. and register again. I was already alone and in pain and I didn't want to go back through all that again. As a doctor he didn't have any problems just giving me pain killers and sending me on my way rather than trying to find the root of my pain. Because of him I had a horrible experience and he doesn't know how to empathize with patients.

Dr. Acuff is a quack he did not listen to me he ignored me he thought that I was my twin sister and he had me held against my will for four days at Memorial Hospital that filthy filthy Hospital once I was able to sign myself out I'll check myself into St Joseph Hospital it was Immaculate the doctors and nurses were outstanding it was horrible what Memorial Hospital did to me I was very sick I am traumatized by the events that were taking place at Memorial Hospital it also affected was a huge Injustice 2 me and my family I will get Justice. You are a quack doctor responsible for holding me against my will on a and falsify a 10-13 form it was not signed by dr. Harriet green and dr. Harry Green mysteriously disappeared they probably got her tied and gagged in the broom closet somewhere at Memorial Hospital right now
