Dr. Connie J Arispe, MD

Very much was glad I made an appointment with Dr. Connie J. Arispe very caring and focused on my health.

On my first visit I did get into Dr. Arispe in a timely manner. Her assistant spent a lot of time with me to get ALL of my information. Dr. Arispe was thorough and very cordial. She explained her care plan for me as well as handouts so I did not have to remember all of the information in our conversations. My second appointment was the last one of the day. I did come early in case she could take me early but was told that she was running behind and if I wanted another appointment. I chose to stay and wait. The doctor's offices always run behind by the end of the day. I knew from my first appointment that she made sure she covered all patient questions and that she made sure her patients knew exactly what their care plan was. This takes time and does not fall into the 10-15 minute time slots medical clinics expect their doctor's to work within. Crazy that the almighty dollar goes above the patient's needs. During my two appointments I was in the clinic well over an hour… although the time was spent with either the doctor's assistant or the doctor for the most part. I WILL WAIT for a doctor that takes the time necessary to address my medical needs. We need to take better care of ourselves and not let doctors get away with a 10 minute time slot for OUR care.

Had appointment at 4:20 pm, didn't get back in the room until after 5:00 pm and then sat there for another hour and still didn't see her, when I went and ask the nurse how long it was going to be she told me that it would be another 20 min and I didn't see her because of the wait, and I don't think that it is right for them to make you wait so long. So I willn't rate them on this one.
