I was very impressed with Dr. Tsang. She was very thorough. She listened to me without rushing me & was very polite. She was very informative & explained my issues in away I could understand. I definitely would recommend her!

I'm not one to complain, however I do when I feel people need to know when your not treated as another equal human being by other staff members. I am a younger person on disability and at times I get that look and I feel as if I'm treated as a lesser person due to it. I "look" healthy, however I have many health issues. I will say I have followed through with every request made by this office/dr. I have had severe painful issues due to these procedures. For months/years, I have never requested more pain meds until after these procedures when I really needed them. I feel I was treated very poorly and as if I was a drug addicted street walker. I'm very sad that it is very difficult to find appropriate care due to other situations they may have found themselves in. I am sure many who suffer from chronic pain can easily relate. I'm very upset and disappointed by this offices practice. I will say Dr. Liu is a great dr as well as his nursing staff. I felt I was treated with respect… from them. However, the Dr. which I had spent the most time with and should have known my files, could not even tell me the true illnesses I have. It's very time consuming to find another dr, but I guess I will soon be back at the search.
