Dr. Conrado E Talampas, MD

My name is Ambassador (R) Ruperto M. Dizon, a patient since 2008. Today, 5 Sept 2018 at 9:20 AM I called your office and I did not like the way I was treated on the phone: When requested to help me verify with Careplus whether Dr. Talampas would continue receiving Careplus patients up to Dec. 31, 2018 as the doctor told me when I was there a week ago, the lady on the phone told that I should be the one to do it, not the clinic, saying they have many patients and she did not have the time to help me out. I hung up saying, "so really I have to move out of Dr. Talampas and go to one with employees who could attend patient correctly on the phones not as rudely. Dr. Talampas is good but what is giving him a "black-eye" is one or two clinic attendants!

The woman at the front desk is AWEFUL! She forgets to process prescriptions and doesn't call when a referral has been done. I had to call to follow up just to make sure things got done. Dr. Talampas is GREAT, but may need to look at getting a better front desk manager!

They need a better staff to many just sitting around doing nothing until the doctor walk by then they work .left many many voice msg NEVER GET a call back request fax they said they send it i nevet get it very unorganized.

I have seen a lot doctors for my body pains, assistant physicians, general medicine, neurologist, rheumatologist, and with all the medical scanning, MRI, X-rays, and all medications given to me, the more I became worst, I even came to the point that I cannot walk, i have heard from a friend about Dr. Talampas, he really cares for his patient, on my day 1, I was totally relieved, he took all my medications out gradually, and when he did my blood works, everything turned out to be fine, now I only need to go there after 6 mosto check my blood works, He is the doctor who you can trust, who cares about his patient, and I can say "HE HAS A GIFT TO HEAL HIS PATIENT"

My husband and I are snowbirds in FL. We both find Dr. Talampas very caring, very knowledgable and very understanding. He has an excellent bedside manner and he makes you feel that he is genuinely concerned. The staff, Jesse and Sarah are as wonderful.
