Dr. Constance Y. Baldwin, MD

Had an 8:00 AM appointment on 5/5/26 with Dr Baldwin for my 8 year old daughter. I drove over an hour from North Georgia in heavy GA-400 traffic with multiple accidents. Arrived at 8:17 AM, just 2 minutes past the 15 minute grace window. Dr Baldwin refused to see her. No flexibility, no empathy, no consideration that traffic delays happen. I missed work, my daughter missed school, and we drove 2 plus hours roundtrip for nothing. This is how a pediatrician treats a child patient who is 2 minutes late due to accidents outside our control? Completely unprofessional and unempathetic. Healthcare should come with basic human understanding, especially for kids. We will never return and I cannot recommend this practice to any parent. If you have young kids and commute on 400, save yourself the time and stress. Find a provider who actually cares about patients.

HORRIBLE, IF YOU ARE NEEDING A DOCTOR TO BE PROACTIVE AND HAVE THE ABILITY TO GET THINGS DONE, SHE'S DEFINITELY NOT THE ONE.....

First visit was OK. But overall very poor experience. Would not recommend to anyone.

Called so many times to Dr Baldwin to find out my kids blood test report so she can explain . First time nurse return call and said Doctor will call and explain or message . But never heard from them . This kind of Doctor if they have no time to explain the kids blood report they should not be allowed to work in children Hospital .

This is by far the worst pediatric office I have ever been to. It has been over 6 months and my daughter still does not have the medication that she desperately needs according to her diagnosis. I call several times a week for a follow-up and half the time, there aren't even notes in the system from the last time I called. They are unorganized and it's pretty sad to say the least considering they are a pediatric office. There isn't a sense of urgency for our children whatsoever.
