I had my nose job done by Dr. Burley it looks bigger than before my surgery even two years afterwards. She at my second surgery for free as she should since it was her screwup. There was literally no difference my nose looks so big now. I have to go in for third surgery with another surgeon after finally saving up enough money to have it done only now it’s $16,000 to repair the damage that she caused me. I’m so embarrassed to go out with his nose. Thank God we have to wear a mask and I don’t have to show my face. PLEASE DON’T GO TO THIS DR. FOR RHINOPLASTY. SHE Doesn’t know what she’s doing!!!

Dr Barone did my, arm put and pubic lipo, breast lift and Ideal Implants. She gave me exactly what I asked for. I am very please and would recommend her to anyone seeking plastic surgery.

I went to Dr Barone because she was supposed to be the best. My main concern was my neck. I am 59 years old and have a turkey neck. She knew this was my main concern and assured me it could definitely be improved with a mini face lift. The procedure cost me 10 thousand dollars which I thought was a lot. But knew I was getting the best. I cannot begin to tell you how devastated I am as my neck proceeded to look worse and worse after the procedure. The wrinkles are more defined and just awful. I spent 10 thousand dollars to look worse than when I first went in there. After months of post op I decided to go back and see what could be done. Dr Barone said she could “redo the surgery”. The problem is it was going to cost me another 2200 dollars to have it done. I left the office devastated and in tears. I am out 10000 dollars and look worse than I did going in. I feel it’s all about the money. They really don’t care about you.

Dr. Barone is in my opinion one of the best Plastic surgeons in San Antonio. We are so lucky to have her. She is a professional all the way. She treats you like you’re the most important patient and makes sure she follows with your requests. The entire surgery was prepared is such way that made you feel you were in a spa. During surgery she provided soft music, warm blankets, and made you feel safe and assured that all would be well. She talked to you during surgery letting you know what she was doing next. Dr. Sanders, the anesthesiologist was also very kind and reassuring. Her assistant was excellent as well. Her entire staff from the ladies in the office to Jessica, her surgery coordinator is also excellent and very helpful. Bottom line...it feels like Family. As we get older looking your best gives you a boost of confidence. I highly recommend Dr. Constance Barone.
