Excellent care - when needed, he refers you to highly rated MD’s. He responds well to medically orientated questions - he seems well read & up to date in the area of internal medicine. A very caring MD.

My husband as been seen by many doctors over the years, being a brain cancer survivor. We have never met a doctor and staff that are so rude and not even able to code a blood draw properly so that your insurance company will pay for it. I waited over an hour to ask the lade in the front office for help with two invoices from Sonora Quest that needed to be recoded, as per what Sonora Quest said was proper, and they would not even listen to what I was told. The very miserable lade in the front office told me I was obnoxious and she just about came around the corner and threw me out of the office and the doctor did not say a word to her. Do your self a favor and find some one that cares.

Office staff is not very helpful. Always upset with something.

Dr. Siclovan is so nice to deal with and a very good, caring doctor. After 5 years, though, my very recent experience there with his office staff deeply disturbed me. I feel they are non-caring, abrupt, of no help, and they do not follow-up. I changed doctors even though I really liked Dr. Siclovan.
