Dr. Kroustos always gives me plenty of time to ask questions and I never feel hurried. He is thoroughly knowledgeable and explains things in layman's terms. I always feel better after seeing him.

I had a terrible experience at my former doctor and switched to Dr. Kroustos’ office. He listens to you. He takes your condition seriously. He makes you feel while you are there that your case is important and he crafts a plan for treatment with you and explains the whys and whens and how’s completely. I have moved out of state now. I truly wish there were more doctors like him out there. I highly recommend Dr. Kroustos.

I am in healthcare so I’ve worked with a lot of physicians and unfortunately I’ve had to see quite a few for my health concerns. Dr. Kroustos has handled my care perfectly. I don’t have any area where I can knock them a point. He listened and was attentive. He was thorough and intelligent without being condescending. He explained things in layman’s terms and allowed me to ask questions throughout. This is how a physician should be!

I've always felt that any doctor should be a partner in care, not take over care. Dr Kroustos seems to listen to what I have to say and then offers his thoughts on treatment. We discuss and come up with a plan. He is the first endocrinologist I have been able to work with in many years.

7 years ago I walked into his office as the worst type 1 diabetic with a with an A1C off the charts. Since then I have been a very good Diabetic and it has been in control since that first visit. His compassion and teachings of this disease have changed my life to the point where I moved and still drive 2.5 hrs just to keep him as my doctor. A Big Thank You.

Dr. Kroustos took his time explaining parathyroids with compassion and caring. He also followed up with written info about the condition. He set up testing that included blood work, urinalysis and bone density testing. All tests were completed in the same week as my initial appointment.

Love Dr. Kroustos but his staff are not the friendliest or helpful staff to work with. Still having problems getting them to properly fill out forms for my healthcare provider.

I am appalled at the lady's attitude who does scheduling. It is clear she does not like her job and has POOR listening skills at best. I'm glad I could not make an appt because after listening to her; I would not want to support this doctor's business regardless of his skills. AWFUL AWFUL AWFUL

Dr Kroustos has helped me manage my thyroid issues for three years. I was having issues and he suggested another medication and it really helped me feel normal again. His office staff is wonderful. I have never had an issue with them. They call me 6 months in advance to make my yearly appointment. I appreciate all of the office staff and Dr Kroustos.
