Very vindictive nature

I was trying to locate records for a patient. I spoke to 2 people in the office who both stated the patient had no records there, to contact his previous office. I contacted that office, they stated they had no records. I called Dr. Nwokeji's office back and spoke with Bill the office manager. I explained the situation to him and he says fax a request. I said I spoke with 2 people in your office and they say there are no records. He very rudely states you can listen to them or you can listen to me! Now he never asked for a name or a date of birth to verify if he had records or not. This was very unprofessional behavior that did not benefit the patient.

Dr. Nwokeji has been my urologist for about 5 years. I’ve written glowing reviews about him several times I visited him yesterday and came away once again amazed by his caring compassionate attitude. I know he’s my Dr. but I really feel he’s a great friend. Oh by the way he saved my life!!

Have been trying for five weeks to get my medical records. I talked to one lady and she said she had them printed out but they did not know how to send the medical records to patients that wanted them

Can’t get an appointment for at least thirty days and have been trying to get medical records for three weeks

Outstanding doctor and excellent bedside manner.

He is very kind and very nice but made us feel very uncomfortable as he took a call while we were doing a visit and trying to get answers before surgery and then said "i have a patient will answer your questions later and then walked out and just left us sitting there. We had been waiting for about an hour for our appointment anyway. The staff is very un-professional dosent seem to know what is going on. They called us with wrong surgery info and then called us next day after I had called to get info and told us a different time for surgery. Girl on appointment phone seems like she dosent know what is going on just seems to be able to say aw. Hate to leave him but things just arent like they should be.

Spends the time to educate you on your condition. Very thorough & concerned for patient's understanding their condition. Recommend him to anyone in need of that type of service & care.

Love this doctor, went to him with Kidney stones and he remedied the situation quickly. Was so kind and bedside manner unlike any other doctor i have met. I quickly referred him to my husband and my coworkers.
