I moved here from Chicago and I was nervous about trusting someone new in a new city and state. I ran into a medical emergency called my insurance company for assistance with finding a provider and they referred me to (Dr.Menendez) I was really was in need of health care assistance . My first visit with her was amazing we talked all while I was having my exam completed. She is friendly very good bed side manners she was easy to speak with she was very comforting she was just truly amazing. I have been referring her to all of my coworkers. I love her she is awesome.

I came to Dr. Menendez because I used to see Dr. Ballesteros but she was always very busy, Don't get me wrong, Dr. Ballesteros is amazing, but this isn't a review for her, so Dr. Menendez is very personable, very enthusiastic to answer all your questions and is willing to look at all the options out there to treat you if need be. I'm very happy I switched to her she is easy to reach and is very available with short notice. Her assistant is also very nice and does a good job. My mom and I switched to her together and when we've gone apart she always asks about my mom and vice versa, its always nice to be remembered. I believe she doesn't have to much time in practice but don't let that fool you medical students see all kinds of crazy things and she seems very capable.
