Dr. Corinne Ann Bazella, MD

After waiting 8 wks for my appt. with Dr. Bazella, I arrived at her office to be told that she was "behind" by up to 60 minutes! My appointment was at 11:30 am. I was told that she is regularly behind. Sure, doctors can get backed up if they have a difficult patient here or there, but 60 minutes behind schedule that early in the day is shameful and indicates to me that this doctor (or maybe UH scheduling policies??) have no respect for their patient's time. It also indicates to me that stacking up patients to ensure the most revenue for office visits is more of a goal than patient care. I have been to many doctors who don't operate like this. I did not wait the hour for Dr. Bazella. I called a Cleveland Clinic doctor and got an appointment in less than a week an am hopeful to find a doctor that values my time as much as their own.

Best bedside manner, knowledgeable and kind.

I had to wait but it was worth every minute. She did not shortchange me on time and explained everything in great detail.
