Great Service

At my visit I was seen by the PA, Lizzie. I had two biopsies performed. This was the worst experience ever. You would think she would know how to numb an area. I could feel everything. She was so cavalier about it all. The office was loud and boisterous. It also took an extremely long time for me to be seen. If this is the best they have to offer I'll pass and see someone else in the future.

While the staff was wonderful, Dr. Howington's bedside manner after telling me I have a scalp condition that will result in irreversible permanent hair loss was beyond callous. I left her office devoid of hope. I will never ever return.

Great bedside manner, really takes time with her patients.

My basal cell was overlooked 2 years ago during a mole check with the doctor. I went back now for a biopsy since I noticed it was bleeding. They had the results for 6 days before they called my house and left a message to call them. Wouldn't return my call promptly so I called again and stopped by.Still no answer. When she finally called me back, Laurie got very sassy with me telling me she had been too busy to call me back in a very rude way and would not tell me my results right away. She just wanted to tell me how busy her job is. I kept just saying "OK, can I just have my results?" She said she would fax my file to the surgeon "When I get time, maybe the end of next week." The woman in the front office was nice and she helped me when I went there. It has been 11 days since they received the results and I just today got my file from them. Frustrating experience and not a good time to be treated so poorly.

I was impressed with her professionalism, and the sense of care that I felt.
