Dr. Cornelia Louise Agent, MD

The nurse, that I guess is the office manager, must hate her job because she is horrible. She’s extremely rude & she can’t get the Medicare codes right on prescription’s & sends the prescriptions to the wrong drugstores. She wont return the pharmacist phone calls or answer his emails. I have had a hard time getting my prescriptions filled by medicare because she seldom puts the correct codes on the prescriptions. I complained once to the Doctor but nothing was done to correct the problem. I hate to leave Dr Agent but if I have to fight to get my meds filled after this visit, I may have no other choice.

The office manager is awful she is rude and hangs up on you..dr.agent is great. But the office manager is awful..i wonder if dr. Agent even knows..i wonder why she would let her run office like that

I put a comment on here probably two years ago I see it's no longer here but I also see the office manager is still there and I ended up not going there anymore because she's the the most Falmouth woman I've ever met in my life and I was sicker than a dog taking all kinds of medicine because I had the flu and she said I had to come in that day and Sue the doctor sure let me come up there and everyone sick sure let me get in the car and drive all medicated I'm sure she didn't tell the doctor any of this but it's cool I seen another good doctor so see you

Doctors are great but the office manager is rude! Thinking about changing my doctor because I dont want to deal with her rudeness every time I go there.

The ma in the office is very rude hangs up on patients 95 % of the time . The front desk is very nice but clueless at times

Recently changed insur comp and when I made appt I gave recep my insur card and drivers licence to make copies. I personally made it a point I had changed agents. I kept getting a bill for the entire amt. When I inquired they had filed it with my old insurance. I recently asked for a 3 no supply of a drug for reflux I was asked to try out. I called office and told them to fax to express scripts, not my local pharm. CVS kept calling me to pick it up so again I called and asked for it to be faxed to express scripts. After no receiving it I called express scripts only to find it had not been sent. Again I called office, receptionist rude and started yelling at me because at this point my patience is wavering. Been with this clinic for over 30 years. Front office has been a little bit of a problem but this is over the top. Love Eileen. She's a great P.A. Hope management reads this. Hate to find new Dr., but they need new staff.Never in 68 yrs have I encountered this rudeness when all the… mistakes were theirs.

Thinking about changing Dr.. I was just told to see a ENT for my problem' REALLY I think the nurses don't even talk to the doctors

The staff is rude and unprofessional.

I have been a patient of Doctor Agents and her P.A.'s for 10+ years. They are great and listen to all you have to say. They diagnosed a life changing illness for me and called me in to tell me in person. No phone call bad news. They have a great team and I will continue to make the 1.5 hour drive to have my regular check ups!

Dr Agent has impressed me from day one. She is willing to listen before she pokes around. As for the staff in her office, I have always been treated in a friendly manner and feel very confident in getting medical care there.
