I’ve tried for two days to get an appointment! Each time I’m put on hold for 12-15 minutes and no one gets your call. I waited 30 minutes and tried again, same issue.

Always returns calls same day. He takes his time to answer questions and any concerns you might have

Dr. attempted to close open wound while wound was still draining. Lead to accumulated drainage forcing open another wound. Never sought to resolve drainage problem. Only addressed symptom, which was a waste of time, pain, and money.

I would definitely refer Dr.Scannell. He always takes time for me, and listens to any problems that I might ask without making me feel rushed. He is soft spoken, and kind, and will explain things in layman`s terms if needed. The only problem I have is with the front end receptionist. At times she is very abrupt, and harsh, but once past that point all is well....
