Trying to refill a prescription is ridiculously difficult. I never received a phone number to the office, only a number to the main office, which doesn't answer the phone until after 8:30 AM in Springfield. What if I had an appointment before 8:30 ? Dr. Harris was knowledgeable and professional. My Major problem is with the infrastructure of the operational procedure of the office. As you can see Dr, Harris isn't the problem. I didn;t receive a follow-up action from the office regarding how is the new medication working out? They gave me a card that said use the patientportal. I tried but the site won't let me. So No direct line, no internet communication, and no follow-up and as of now no medication. My pharmacy said it has sent 2 requests to his office with no reply from them. : '

Dr. Harris is an excellent surgeon and therapist. I have been his patient for more than six years, during which he successfully performed a kidney stone laser surgery for me, guided me through recovery and post-surgery therapy, and provided treatment for BPH. He also led me through a difficult period when prostate cancer was suspected - prompted by high PSA levels and MRI findings. Thanks to his careful guidance through biopsy and all necessary procedures, I finally had a successful HoLEP surgery. He knows what he is doing.

Always hurrying and taking shortcuts. One day, after I went, as usual, through the lengthy and minutious screening, with the nurse, and after a lengthy wait, dr. Harris came in the room with a bothered expression of surprise, and asked: "what brings you here today?"(It was not a regularly scheduled appointment; I started feeling symptoms of an UTI and the booking staff arranged me that visit, on short notice. Anyway, any good doctor takes a few minutes to read the charts and the nurses' notes before evaluating the patient. There is more, but I do not want to identifiable specifics, because... we never know who I may meet in an eventual hospital setting, in case of necessity.
